Most teachers set up their AVCs and Income Protection once… and then leave them alone.

On the surface, everything looks grand. The deductions are coming out, the boxes are ticked, and life moves on.

But that’s usually where the issues start.

By the time we actually sit down with someone and go through a payslip properly, they’re nearly always either overpaying, under protected, or sitting somewhere in the middle without realising it.

We keep this service for teachers who already have their AVCs and Income Protection set up already but want to know if what they have actually stands up when you look at it properly.

The Strategy Session (No Waffle, No Guesswork)

We’re not here to sell you something new. We’re here to stress test what you already have and see if it actually does the job you think it does.

We start with a proper deep dive into your payslip, breaking down what’s coming out each month, where it’s going, and what you’re getting in return. Most people have never had that explained clearly.

From there, we look at your longer-term plan, particularly around retirement. No vague “you’ll be fine” conversations… we map out what your tax-free lump sum could look like and how to actually maximise it based on what you’re doing now.

And then we give you a straight answer.

If everything is set up properly, we’ll tell you. If it’s not, we’ll show you exactly where the issues are and what needs to change.

No jargon, no pressure, and no unnecessary recommendations.

Top Tip:

If you have a rough idea of when you’d like to retire before we meet, it makes a big difference.

It allows us to build out a proper best case and worst case picture, rather than speaking in general term

The Logistics

The fee for the session is €500, with a 10% deposit required to secure your booking.

Once confirmed, you’ll get access to a secure portal where you can upload your documents.

We’ll need your payslip, details of your AVC, your Income Protection policy, and any other relevant cover so we can properly review what you have in place.

Your documents must be uploaded at least 48 hours before your session.

If we don’t have them, the appointment won’t go ahead. We don’t guess, and that’s exactly the point of this process.

If you’d like to bring your partner, we can review both of you in the same session.

What You’re Really Paying For

You’re not paying for a product here.

You’re paying for a proper second look at something most people assume is fine… simply because nothing obvious is wrong.

Our job is to make sure what you have in place actually does what you think it does, at the point you’re going to rely on it.

Because if something is off, it usually doesn’t show up today. It shows up later… when it’s a lot harder to fix.
